Isabella Edwards is a ceramic artist whose work is deeply inspired by the natural beauty and historic character of her rural New South Wales hometown. With a background in both ceramics and drawing, Edwards combines natural motifs with a refined artistic vision, creating ceramic vessels that reflect her connection to the landscape and its history.
Edwards discovered her passion for ceramics during her studies at the National Art School, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics in 2018 and a Master of Fine Art in Drawing in 2020. Her work has been featured in the Australian Journal of Ceramics and Studio la Primitive Arts Zine, and she has been recognized with awards such as the Harvey Galleries National Art School Graduate Award and the Little Things Art Prize. Edwards now divides her time between her home in St. Albans and her studio in Sydney, continually exploring the interplay between nature and art in her practice.
