Natalie Velthuyzen

(b. 1972; Sydney, Australia)

Natalie Velthuyzen has worked in the Ceramic Industry for over 25 years including teaching at TAFE NSW, Willoughby Arts Centre and privately. She has a home studio on the northern edge of Sydney, surrounded by bushland and waterways finding endless inspiration from her local landscapes' palette.

"When contemplating a 'still life' my thoughts turn to moments around tables, kitchens or calming spaces, tea poured, flowers picked from the garden, stacks of bowls and cups on shelves, food and time shared."
